Greek Yoghurt Bark

Bark made with authentic Greek Yoghurt is the perfect frozen treat for a hot summer’s day. 

INGREDIENTS 

  • 450g tub The Greek Yoghurt Company Classic Greek Yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp East Brissy Bees Raw Honey 
  • Raspberries 
  • White chocolate Chips 
  • Candy Canes 

METHOD 

  1. Line a baking tray with baking paper and set aside
  2. Prepare toppings by cutting up raspberries and crushing candy cane and set aside 
  3. In a mixing bowl, mix Greek yoghurt with honey until combined
  4. Pour the mix onto the baking tray and spread until even with the thickness just shy of a centimeter  
  5. Decorate with the toppings and place into a freezer for 3+ hours or until completely frozen
  6. Once frozen, safely use a sharp knife to cut yoghurt block into bark pieces 

Tip: This recipe is a variation for Christmas, you can use a variety of toppings such as different fruits, chocolate chips or anything you like!
