Mini Granola tart, a delicious and easy dessert
INGREDIENTS
- 220g granola
- 2 tablespoon honey
- Classic Greek Yoghurt or Yougood Greek Style Yoghurt
- Fruits of your choice
METHOD
- Mix the granola and honey and put it in the mixer.
- Use little pans to press the mix and shape the pie crust.
- Cook it for about 10 min, 160ºC.
- Let it cool and fill it with a spoon full Classic Greek Yoghurt or Yougood Greek Style Yoghurt
- add a fruit of your choice on the top and enjoy it!
