Mini Granola Tart

Mini Granola tart, a delicious and easy dessert

INGREDIENTS 

  • 220g granola
  • 2 tablespoon honey
  • Classic Greek Yoghurt or Yougood Greek Style Yoghurt
  • Fruits of your choice

METHOD 

  • Mix the granola and honey and put it in the mixer.
  • Use little pans to press the mix and shape the pie crust.
  • Cook it for about 10 min, 160ºC.
  • Let it cool and fill it with a spoon full Classic Greek Yoghurt or Yougood Greek Style Yoghurt
  • add a fruit of your choice on the top and enjoy it!
